    Default I'm alive

Hey all. Today is the first day in a very long while that I've been well enough to sit up and type.

Stupid flu and pneumonia and being in and out of the hospital have made me pretty weak. I've had tubes stuck down my throat into my lungs for a couple weeks, and it's getting harder and harder to bounce back from that.

Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm finally on the mend, and hopefully will be here and in the chat room more often.

Very glad to see you back, Paul! Great timing to arrange this for the dead of winter and be bouncing back for the start of the fishing season!

I'd wondered what had happened to you! Hoped it was mearly headed for warmer south American waters for winter fishing. Good to hear you're feeling a bit better. Get well, fishing season is about upon us!

Paul, you know the old saying, "take an asprin not the whole bottle" Well don't overdue it and gather up your strength.

Nice to have you back Buddy

I look into... my fly box, and think about all the elements I should consider in choosing the perfect fly: water temperature, what stage of development the bugs are in, what the fish are eating right now. Then I remember what a guide told me: 'Ninety percent of what a trout eats is brown and fuzzy and about five-eighths of an inch long.' - Allison Moir.
Excuse my spelling and grammar, I hooked Mondays and Fridays to either fish or hunt.
