I've read through the FAQ's, but have not found the answer to: What are the arrows pointing to the letter shape at the front of the topics? And, while I'm here, are the PM's authorized by the administration?

This has been a learning experience! And a fun one! Don't have it all down yet, but I'm old this week, and it's taking a bit more time!
