    Default Return Postage Question

How do you guys do the return postage/package thing? New to Swaps. My Post Office is in a small town and I don't think I'd have much trouble finding out how much it is to return a package. Just don't do it when they are busy.
    How does this sound?
I'm going to send my fly's in a return package inside a larger "Send To" package. I get the return postage on the "Return Envelope" stick it in the "Send To" Envelope and send them?
And, "Crush Proof" containers, what do you use??

I use the free Priority Mail boxes that the PO provides. I like the ones about as big as a video tape. I also fill out the return label (also free) and then buy a $3.85 stamp for the Priority Mail back to me. The swapmiester then only has to get another free box, affix the pre-addressed label and stamp and send it off. I figure that I should make it as easy as I can for the SM to send me the flies from the swap.

    Jack,

You can do what your doing, or toss in enough money to cover the cost of the return postage and the envelope. As a swapmeister, that works for me. I have to make a trip to the post office anyhow.

I use the cardboard boxes that glassescome to me from the labs in.

I check the amount for postage before I send the box out and include at least that much in the box for return postage.

Reember that the package coming back may weigh more than the one you send out.

Don't use metered labels from the PO as they will not work.
