Default Dead water going out on the Salmon

For those who think Steelhead are the real deal the dead water on the salmon river below North Fork (30 miles below the town of salmon is going out as we speak. It should be good fishing by mid next week.

I am headed to Challis on March 16,17,18 & 19, so I should be just fine. I will post a report when I get back.

The Salmon above North fork is not subject to dead water ice out. and by mid month there should be good fish numbers up around Chalis. You should do Great from the East fork down. I may see you there.
