I am still waiting for the blue gills and sunfish to come in. the last two weeks of rain and cool temps have held things up along the shore line of Lake Champlain.
But all is not lost! there are lots of small mouth bass and yellow perch willing to eat wolly buggers. Bass season does not open till next weekend, but I seldom keep them.
I can't thank you all enough for all the info I've recieved fron this site. Rick V. has taugh me to fully open my eyes and ponder what I am seeing. Mr.Castwell has taken the whoosh out of my cast( most of the time)and removed my handcuffs. Ladyfisher has helped me plan and improve presentation and theres so much more to read.
Well I have to tie come of Ricks Crappie flys. A coworker told me that there is always a bunch of then in front of his camp.
So many fish so lettle time! Have fun.
