Today I tied up a few flies with a synthetic yarn material called
Cherrio
The brand name is Moda Dea
It is constructed with a rib like boa yarn but instead of a fringe it has chenille like fluff and some thin flash strands.
I have the Amethyst color (purple). One of my creations resembles a rubber purple worm, others are more like wooly buggeers.
Have any of you tied with this stuff?
The mfg. web site is:

" Fishermen, hunters, wood choppers, and others,
spending their lives in the fields and woods,
in a peculiar sense a part of Nature themselves,
are often in a more favorable mood for observing her,
in the intervals of their pursuits,
than philosophers or poets even,
who approach her with expectation."
Henry David Thoreau
