We use a lot of these in the spring in very dark colors. [url=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v315/leesoares/CIMG0380.jpg:8f0dc]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v315/leesoares/CIMG0380.jpg[/url:8f0dc]
A lot of these get tossed too. They are about 1 1/4"-1 1/2" in length.
IF they are looking away from the shore (generally), they are probably ready to or are nesting. They don't like stuff in their nest.
IF they are looking AT shore (generally) they may be hungry, and most stuff is small in early spring.
If we can wait, we like warmer water and more active fish later on. Then these things work right in the middle of the poop, or slid off the bank, where they like it.
