I bought some flourocarbon tippet material and when I use surface flies,i.e.,poppers, I find that the tippet sinks and changes the action on the popper, usually causing it to dive under the water when stripping it in. While this can be a good thing sometimes, I was wondering if I can use a floatant on the leader to make it float? And will the floatant affect the tippet, such as weakening it?... Rob
