Indianapolis Fishing???

I'll be in Indianapolis for business on Tuesday and Wedensday and am looking to wet a line. I'll have about 4 hours both days so I am looking to fish close to downtown. Warmwater, Coldwater, whatever......it doesn't matter to me. Although, I would love to tie into some river smallies. Anyone have any advice as to where to go this time of year. I'm from Jersey, so I won't be burning anyone's honey holes if you care to share.
