Are crappie the best eating fish in America, or what?

Well, if not, what is? I just got through eating some and they get my vote.

Mako (Not really a fish I know.)
Snook
Tuna

They sure do come close. But we still have to vote for a mess of good, firm bluegill fillets or maybe firm blue rockfish fillets. Sure would not pass'em up though.

I love crappie, and I ain't saying they're better but they are close to being better:

Native baby brookies (about 6" long). Cornmeal, fry in LOTS of butter. Eat bones and all.
