PAF&B Proposed Reg Changes

Changes to the special regs areas that would allow barbed hooks, wading and night fishing on the Letort; allow year round harvest on the delayed harvest areas. What are they thinking? They obviously don't have management of wild trout high on their list, as an example check out what they did to Big Springs. Took a court order to make them stop polluting. Foxes guarding the hen house.

Maybe they are trying to appease the public after raising the license this year. Those changes will only hurt the special regulations areas.

How can we change it or fight it?
