well here's one for early season veggies fresh out of the garden (like I spun up Monday). It's a staple I grew up with - never got bored / tired of it (how can I - it's food) - great on warmer days (or any day really)

You take about 3 or 4 hand fulls radishes, along with 2 or 3 stocks green onion. Chop and slice into a bowl.

Mix the following seperately
1 part white vinegar
1 part salad dressing (mayo)
1 part water
salt
pepper
sugar (say, 1tsp per 1 total cup liquids)

Mix well, add to radishes and green onions, let chill in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Devour and enjoy.

Can also use cucumbers and green onion. Or whatever mix of vegetables one desires.
