Yesterday, after my rod disaster I sent of a email to Brian at Elkhorn flyrods. About 15 seconds later I got an automated reply from their site saying someone would get in touch with me. Before I finished reading the auto reply the phone rang. It was Brian explaining to me how to fix my rod. This is less than 30 seconds from htting the send button. It can't get any better than that.

The only thing that came close to that was a reply from someone on this site within about 1 minute, and I mean less that 60 seconds.

What can I say. I am impressed beyond anything I could have imagined.
