I spoke to Ron this evening as he was driving home. He tells me they are now returning the phone calls, (and in fact even answering most of the calls) and the emails ARE being responded to the same day. Things indeed are on track.
Ron said he is just amazed at how understanding 98% of the customers have been.
(He credits the 98% as all being FAOL folks.)
He did mention he is 'holding' some orders mostly rod blanks, where their supplier hasn't been delivering as promised, and he didn't feel it was right to send reel seats and such without the blank. And just so you know, that supplier is not a FAOL Sponsor.
