Default C&F Design (Scientific Anglers) Inserts?

Hi everyone. As some of you know I make my own wooden fly boxes. Mostly for myself and friends. Until now, all of my boxes have used the typical ripple foam inserts. My wife's uncle got me interested in using the "C&F Design Waterproof Fly Filing System". If you are not familiar with this system it features a removable insert held in place by a metal clip system. Makes it easy to keep lots of flies in storage and change out the inserts to match conditions.

At any rate, according to the Scientific Anglers web site it is possible to buy the "spare" insert changers along with the actual inserts. According to the web site this allows you to, and I quote "design your own insert storage unit".

The problem is I can't seem to locate a source for the insert changer. I can find the inserts but not the other part. If I use the dealer locator feature of the web site I find dealers but they only carry the inserts and not the changer.

    Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

    and

and two sellers on ebay (do search for "insert changer")

    I hope this helps.

Diane: The CF1306 looks a lot like a Perine #99 I bought in the early 70's. Good job on announcing the website, I am going to order one. Thanks, Jonezee
