You don't specify the problem but here are some suggestions. 40 years in automotive as a supervisor and engineer.
Try flowers & candy first. A big smile and warm welcome works even better! Nurses are sometimes under a lot of pressure but must maintain a "Bed Side Manner" and since you're not "Bed Side" you may be catching some venting!
If your trouble is a procedure(?) one, it may be a problem with the "System" and Two, it may be "Training". "System", listen to what they are having problems with and try to help. "Training" work with them one on one to "Help" them get up to speed.
It's not a perfect world, as an ex engineer I've had to train operators because the supervisor "Was too busy!!".

My cousin once asked me how to get help at his auto dealership. Every time he went in they'd treat him like dirt. He tried tipping and it made no difference.

I told him to buy a box of donuts and bring give it to them every time he goes in. That little extra effort has gotten him the title "the donut man" as well as excellent service.

Try it, put some donuts on your desk or workarea for them to take whenever they stop by, or some sweets. Those little extra efforts can turn a tiger into a pussycat. And do not think or resorting to dispensing happy pills, they are not candy.
