I saw those when I was on my trip out West last year. Thought it was either a Wyoming road side fast food joint. Or that the state put those out so you would have a place to stop and cook your road kill.

You mean you cook your road kill? I thought you just ate it.

Me I'm not all that fussy. But my wife insists on hers being cooked.

Driving thru the Wyoming countryside on the way to Dutch John, Utah for some Green River fly fishing & sightseeing natures wildlife or just the cattle farms ?

Almost anywhere off the freeways in the west one can find 'Open Range' - it means there are no fences and cattle, horses (and wildlife)wander about freely. Encountering a bull, cow, horse or moose for that matter in the middle of a black top road on a dark night can be very exciting.
