Default Had my first beer in years...It was good!

I bought a 6 pack of Yuengling Black and Tan beer to enjoy after returning from my fishing trips. Its good all right but its not like Doppel Spaten. More like an english porter. When I get down to one bottle left I'll buy another six pack of something to compare it to. If I live another 10 years I should know what the best american beer is again. I acknowledge that whats good to me might be crap to someone else. Sorta like fishing tackle.

nothing beats a good beer such as the ones you mentioned. I one had a Guiness on the peak of a 10000+ mountain. SOooooo good!

I do like Yuengling's beer. From what I hear, it's not as good as it used to be...but I still find it very drinkable. Can't really beat the Brewery Ommegang stuff though.

Best American Brew?......Pete's Wicked Ale all the way!!! Second Choice....Sam Adams Pale Ale.

Favorite cheap beer: Southpaw Light from the Plank Road Brewery.

I'm going with Rolling Rock as the best.

Never heard of it but I can assume it is good. My taste is for Bass Ale. Once in awhile I lower myself to Bud in a bottle only.

I quit for lent. When it's over I don't much care which brand I start with. Just so it is fresh and cold!
