Just had a good experience with Albright Tackle. I had carelessly left the cloth rod bag for my Albright A5 rod in a rental boat and didn't notice it until I got back to the car. To make a long story short, I lost it! I emailed their customer service person, Chris Vincesslio, and asked what it would take to get another. He wrote back and said "send me your address and I'll forward you a sock." I got it delivered today by UPS. I lost it and would have payed for it. Sending me a free replacement was above and beyond the warranty and demonstrates they are a company that appreciates and takes care of their customers. They are also a sponsor of FAOL.
