Your oysters sound great too! Here,
we steam them in a huge pot over a fish
cooker for a few minutes. Just enough to
warm them a bit really. They are just
starting to open. You pop the shell and
remove the oyster with your knife and give
it a quick dip in the horseradish sauce on
the way to your mouth. On a good day,
I can average about 4 a minute.*G* Warm
