Default Anybody have AJ's classic tackle book?

I have tried Google; I've tried the search engine here and I can't find any reference to the Jack Frost Tackle Company except for a modern, eisting one in Britain. Someone told me that AJ refers to bamboo rods that company sold in his book. If anyone has it, I'd appreciate hearing what he said. Thanks.

    Colston,
Herb Frost was a partner at US Net & Twine and left when he started his own company called Frosts, he horned in on the good name of Forrest of Kelso by selling rods called Frosts Kelso. Most of Frosts rods were made by H&I.
