Thread: Young Pirate in Training

    Default Young Pirate in Training

A few weeks ago I had posted about spending time with my six year old son for the first significant time in his life. I thank you for all the support I received from that. It did bolster my confidense.

Well, that weekend came and went and I could not have asked for anything better. We spent three days in Disney World and in spite of my aching feet I've never had a better time.

Something I thought you would all get a kick out of... Early the first day I decide to buy him a hat to protect him from the Florida sun. We go into a Disney shop and I try to steer him towards a practical choice that he could use outside of the park as well. Wouldn't you know it, he picked out a hat that struck me to the core. Ladies and gentlemen, may I introduce to you Captain Antonio, the meanest six year old pirate the Jersey shore has ever seen.

Teach??? He was saying it all on his own. In fact that's what he was saying when I snapped this photo.

fantastic! all he needs now is a parrot for his shoulder. be sure to tell him to save you the feathers.

i'm so glad you had a good time with your son.
