It must be some mistake. It seems as if you can't buy anything in this country that isn't made in or controlled by China. Isn't that ironic... They are one of the most serious threats and adversaries to our country (USA). Almost everything in stores throughout this country is "Made in China". That is frightening. Look when you shop. It gets worse as time goes on.

Anyone know the true link to Ewing?

Unfortunately the site looks to be in disrepair and I couldn't get much good information there. Mike Hogue used to be a good dealer who has a web fly shop at eflytyer.com. Ewing has the best darn wolly bugger hackle I have ever had the pleasure to tie with. The dry fly hackle is pretty reasonable and looks good but I have never worked with it. Good luck! BTW thanks to the webmaster for getting me set up so I can finally post.

So is Ewing hackle raised in China?? There are alot of domestic producers aren't there? Let's buy from them. I believe one of the main reason bird-flu begans is the totally unsanitary conditions that fowl are kept overseas, Fowl raised for hackle in US is in much better conditions...the China trade thing is a total joke, but what would we expect with the idiots we have running the country, remember they are the ones who started to count hatchery salmon as ones returning to spawn...I can't buy a Cuban cigar but can buy everthing made in China...what a total joke.

Ewing feather birds are raised in IOWA, not China. IOWA is part of the USA.

The EPA counting of hatchery fish was not done by the current adminstration, it was the other idiots prior. Get your facts right please.
