As MOturkE pointed out above, the recipe can be found in the Old flies section, the only difference being the color of the body (these are silver; I tie them both silver and gold). The one illustrated in the Old Flies article is a streamer fly style - these are in the classic bass fly style, with wings and cheeks made with goose cussettes.
Leo C - the drying stand is a small wooden frame with an insert of a material called Nubby Tack - it's simply raised rubber posts. You can get fly boxes with it and tear it out. I have tried to find bulk nubby tack so I could make a big one, but to no avail. Don't confuse this product with bristle-tack, which is really just one half of giant velcro. If anyone knows a source it would be appreciated. Tight lines! Alec
