Thread: Hi-D Krystal Chenille

    Default Hi-D Krystal Chenille

I got the book Woolly Wisdom by Gary Souchie. One of the bugger patterns that I like uses "Hi-D Krystal Chenille". Does anyone know where to get it? I know Krystal Chenille, but not Hi-D Krystal Chenille. I've been unable to find it using a few internet search engines. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have not heard of hi-d krystal chenille either, but am wondering if this is the same as "wooly bugger chenille"? It has the same look as krystal chenille and is very dense (hi-d?).
I use it some in tying buggers and it really makes a nice looking fly.
Good luck in your search nad let us know what you find.

    Bryan-
Thanks for the response. It could be "wooly bugger chenille" based on your description. Do you know a source for it so I can check it out?
    Thanks, Scott
