Could you be more specific and give the full title of what you are inquiring about?
Not sure what Pothole Res. is, could be Pothole Resort, Pothole Reserve, Pothole Reservation, ect!
Sprague L., could be Sprague Lake, Sprague Landing, ect!
And if you could identify the area, or region that would be a big help. Otherwise I don't think anyone really knows what you are asking about.

Potholes Reservoir and Sprague Lake are in Eastern Washington State. Both of these are wonderful warmwater fisheries, although trout can be found there as well. I haven't fished either one for a while, but both are a lot of fun. On Potholes, Mar-Don Resort has always been the best source of info.
