Well I have had the same vise for 17 or 18 years now and I tie for a living and have "NEVER" had a thing go wrong with it. I have tied from 8/0 to 28's in the same vise without the hook moving. I can rotate the hook to look at all sides and that is the important thing. I have a Rotary Vise of the same make and maybe 7 other vises some that have been talked of here.
I have not tried the Dingo or the Law vise. But the important thing is how the vise holds the hook and how the people that built the vise will stand behind that vise. For My money I will keep tying on My Dyna-King Pro. You may spend more but that doesn't mean you will get a vise that will do any better in holding a hook and that is what counts in my book. Ron
