Thread: tool storage idea

    Default tool storage idea

    Still too much time on my hands.... but I thought maybe someone would find this useful.

    Awhile ago I drilled these holes in the edge of my tying table and have been putting tools in them....I have found it to be quite efficient and handy....and it uses space that wasn't used before....

    Actually have drilled a lot more....this is just representative.

    Interesting idea ducksterman. My vise is mounted on a board and it has blocks attached to hold tools, thread etc.

    Grand idea. Mine are drilled verticle.....and some stuff falls thru.

    It looks like your desk has been attacked by the Carpenter bees we have down here in Georgia Nice idea! I use a strip of magnets to hold my tools in place.
