What is your favorite type of fly to tie?

What is it...I know I like tying dries because I love to fish dries. I also like tying some realistic nymphs, emergers, just about everything...do you have any one certain type or style of fly you really enjoy to tie (and yes Catskill styled will work...I'm not that picky )?
