    Thanx Jim,

Problem is, over half the time that I run into problems, I'm not fishing.

Just thought it would be time that folks remembered to update the number on the speed dial in the cell or sat phone

    Hi All,
In California the number is 1-888-DFG-CalTIP.

    Californians Turn In Poachers.

Believe me the wardens need all of the help that we can give them.

In Vermont the F&G officers are dispatched by the State Police , which is where your 911 call will end up.

    Friends:

If you think poaching is bad take this into perspective: Our locals take to fishing with dynamite. Yes, it kills everything in the water. Then they just pick the fish off the surface. Cant do anything because there is no such thing as a game warden in my part of Bolivia. So we buy notebooks and pencils for all the kids in the area, give them to the parents in exchange for them to police the lakes against such destruction. Then we sow more trout into the lake and hope they survive.
