As an after thought, I'll offer this handy tip to those folks who try the "Damsel in Distress." I've found that it's easier to melt the ends of the poly-rope if you pinch the strands in a needle-nose pliers leaving about 1/8th of an inch out one side of the jaws, then when you burn them they'll melt up to the pliers and stay close enough to melt together. Burning them without the pliers they tend to curl and spread apart as they melt forcing you to pinch the hot poly with your fingers... ouch!?!
