    Default Fox fur for Dubbing

I've baught some fox fur, the underbody, trying to get the right color for hendricksons, not necessarily the "urine stained" pink. but I baught some flies from the Dette's shop this past summer and want to match their color. But the fur I have doesnt seem to match. any suggestions?

You can buy that dubbing already in a bag made up for the color needed. You would have to dye what you have to meet the color needed. I suggest just buying a bag of dubbing for the Hendrickson and you will be better off. I like to use Beaver dubbing if you can find it? Very fine and easy to dub with.

Remember that just because a pattern calls for something dosen't mean you have to use that item. There are many good subs for those things these days. Good Luck Ron
