Not sure about the black wing, although it does provide a bit of contrast for easier spotting.

tail - badger hackle
rib - xsmall wire silver
abdomen- medium tinsel silver
body hackle - badger
wing - pronghorn hair dyed black (1 Tbs Rit Dark Brown/1 cup water, overdyed with 1Tbs Rit Black/1 cup water)
thorax - Ice Dub UV black
front hackle - badger

With the black wing it could almost be mistaken as an injured Damsel fly. I like it!
