Close but no cigar ,, this near the highway bridge riffle area has no fishing problem
in fact its under fished IMHO
Of course I am not an elete member of the overfished high dollar pool just a stones throw
from the mini rapids that I refer to here as my skipping spot.

This is a Last Chance to get it. any nibbles ?

    Merry Christmas to all

    Osborne Bridge, entering Last Chance

Most of the “old timers” fish below the bridge.....especially when the Brown Drakes come off.
I have found the riffles above the bridge to be good depending on the flows. Can get very shallow when not releasing much water

Glad to see that camera back "up!" About 6 months from now, exactly, on a warm summer evening, the big brown drakes will fly, and hatch, and lay some eggs. Above and below this bridge a bunch of us will be in heaven for a while, wrapped up in only the moment of the largest fish in the river having thier own thanksgiving dinner on those bugs, and some of our imitations.

I'd fish the Wally Wing first Byron.
