    Announcing the opening of the Diamond Lakes Fly Repair Shop. Flies of all sorts taken for repairs of all sorts. Hackle broken on your Wooly Booger? Dry fly won't float any more? Nymph not sinking fast enough? Send em im. We will make them like new or better. No need to buy new flies or tie your own. Send those tired, proven fish-catchers to us for refurbishment. Quotes available on request.

    Love the idea.

    On the serious side I once had a customer threatren legal action if I did not replace a set of bead head nymphs I had tyed for him 4 years before as some where starting to come apart. Funny thing was that he had mixed them in with flies of his own.
    I offered to fix up the flies, though I told him any guarantee was void if he got the flies wet! I also told him that I would fix any other flies that he sent me at a cost of ?100 per fly if they where not originally made by me.

    Funnily enough he didn't pursue it any further. He didn't even send me any of my flys back.

    Nowt as strange as folk!

    Ok, the fly I have, the tail isn't straight, one or 2 barbs have slipped around the hook... What ta do, what ta do, the fly is finished, do I send it to you to fix or start over..."S"
