I have seen that thought posted several times, good advice needs to be repeated. I hope everyone has avoid this dreadful bug. Right now I am missing seeing my only granddaughter even though I am still fighting the upper respirator infection she gave me a couple of week ago.
Want to hear God laugh? Tell him Your plans!!!
Thanks Steve!
This was simple, good, sound advice...straight to the point. I copied & pasted it on facebook.

FAOL..All about caring, sharing, & good friends!!
Great advice. Pray all of you out there are also well. I am a member of the American Legion. We are encouraging all Veterans to just call a fellow Veteran you know, especially those allow, to check in on them and chat. Something as simple as this many just lift their spirits during these trying times. Thank you.
God Bless America
Sick people should wear a mask to stop the spread, but the only people that have them are the people who aren't sick.
be well duing this flu season - sm

-----
The virus remains airborne in much tinier droplets, according to evidence in the same journal this week
by scientists at Princeton University, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and the US research agency,
the National Institutes of Health (NIH) -
This explains why so many people are becoming infected so quickly.
When a virus becomes airborne, it is described as an "aerosol".
This means the virus remains suspended in the air in very tiny water droplets - smaller than the ones coughed or sneezed
- long after larger droplets have fallen to surfaces or been breathed in.
These tiny droplets can remain in the air for hours if the conditions are right - reduced air flow, open space and the right temperature.
I will stop myself for now with these public posts as likely you all know this or do now.. not much more to say
We come to this site to relax - I get that ! I still will remain prudent to not spread flu or colds to elders or anyone out of consideration,,
I share with a conscientious and level headed attitude, be well my friends..
