I need diameters of STH POP 2 and 3 Reels

I have a damaged STH POP ? Reel and am trying to determine the Model from the casette size. If you have the reel POP 2 or 3 with the plastic spools could you give me the diameter of the spool. The end plate of mine is missing! Thanks

My POP3 is 3.5 inches. I don't have a POP 2.

Just to confirm that is diameter across the plastic spool, before I buy it? No return on the reel.

Yes, that is measuring a POP 3 plastic spool diameter --- 3.5 inches. The reel diameter is 3.8 inches.

Didn't mean to insult, reel can't be returned but it is newin box. I damaged the spindle from saltwater use and had to try to repair it myself. Wasn't sure if a 2 or 3, it has to be a 2. Thanks

Hope that you are able to get the proper size for your spools. Do they still make STH cassette reels. I have had mine many years and use it to fish at Pyramid Lake in Nevada. Sounds like a DIY project that went wrong??

I had it frozen even though I thought I had it cleaned and oil. Damaged the spindle, tried to repair it with a screw didn't work well. Heard later these reels get killed by saltwater. I have several cassettes for it and have been looking for years for a replacement, which hasn't been available. Stumbled across a NIB of a MR POP 2, wanted to double check as it was not returnable but guaranteed! I just wanted to double check before ordering it. Thanks Randall

My pop 3 plastic spool is 3-3/8” approximately, I got mine originally to surf fly for stripers. But i use it almost exclusively for fresh now.
