Edwards Run, West Virginia

Hi All, it's been WAY TOO LONG since I logged on here and actually posted something, but life managed to get in the way of my fishing. Now that the kids are older and, somewhat, doing their own things, I've had the opportunity to get out on the water.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience fishing Edwards Run in West Virginia. My brother has a cabin near there and we've been talking about going up there this spring to fish it with some friends. I'm just trying to get some first-hand knowledge/feedback on what to expect. I know the DNR stocks it with Golden trout in late March, but I've also heard that it gets really crowded immediately following that.

Any suggestions on where to fish, what to fish, and when to fish are greatly appreciated.

NCVirginian--I know nothing about the stream you are talking about but I sent you a PM for a different reason seeing as you come from the great "metropolis" of Crozet.
Hope you get some good info on where you want to fish.
