    Default The Beach

2 a.m., I checked the weather forecast for the beach. It looked favorable. I hit the vice

The surf was up a bit, but it wasn't so high that I couldn't fish.

    And fish I did.

Lots of bait. Lots of turtle nests. Lots of birds. Lots of beachcombers. Lots of sun. Looking around today, you could hardly tell there was a relentless red tide at this time last year. Let's hope the recovery is a success. I missed walking that beach! The last oil spill taught me not to take it for granted. This last endless red tide solidified that. It can all change in a heartbeat.

Been trying to do some snookin on the beach for a while. Looks like you picked a good day as thunderstorms are issuing in summer rainy season.

Mother nature's alarm clock goes off all times of day & night in rainy season, sometimes turning off the electricity for hours !
