Has anyone tried dyeing materials with Kool-aid and if so how well does it work?

    Greatbear,
It works a lot better than I expected. Send me your address and I can send you a couple of bright yellow grizzly hackles I did. I don't have the website handy but it is something like thepiper.com. I used it and am lovin' it! It was recommended to me on this site.

Works well so far on all the fur and feathers I have tried it on. Did not work at all on some white craft fur I tried it on. The craft fur just came out dirty looking with no color at all.
I mostly dye stuff in a Blue I like for Puget Sound Coho.
