Sometimes I wonder...
why I ever fish anything but a hopper 'n' dropper. Today it was an unnamed green butt nymph that a member here tied for me under a Cabela's foam hopper and dinner plate-sized hybrid 'gills were hitting it with regularity. Big fun! Sorry, no pics...forgot my phone.

That's Awesome!! Those Hybrids are a LOT of fun! Agressive, thick-bodied, bigger mouth than a bluegill, and they fight really well!
I got into some this weekend as well. Will post pics later today.
