A vintage Adirondack lake pattern originally tied to represent a moth. Made a few changes to the original; swapped out the white chenille body for herl and mallard tail/wing for wood duck, just for a slightly different look. The example I saw had a pronounced head so I gave it an extra 2 coats of Sally.

body - peacock herl bleached
hackle - hen brown
wing - wood duck flank
