    Default Montana's Hybrid Carp Fly (kinda)








    Playing around with ideas for something a bit different this summer. This one's from Oregon Tyler John Bartlett ("John Montana").

    hook - Dai Riki 135 #6
    thread - Danville 6/0 black
    tail - Ultra Chenille standard red
    body - Krystal Flash Chenille black
    hackle - sharptail grouse dyed yellow (1 Tbs Rit golden yellow/1 cup water)
    eyes - small black
