Looks like a generic beadhead; maybe a damsel?

Looks like a damsel copy, a bench fly but looks like it would work. Tie a few and give them a try, it might surprise you.

    I know that it works.
Have caught trout in Iowa and Colorado on it.
With red biots and red ostrich herl at the front I have caught bluegill.
Saw it here on FAOL but don't remember the name.
