    You might need to add an extra split shot to keep you fly down in the water column

    I have some 8 oz. sinkers I use in the surf in NC. One of those might work, but I doubt it. Would be glad to send you one to give it a try. LOL.

    The water levels have started to come back down and starting to clear up. The water aqualifers should be full after all the rain we received here in Western Nc.

    Wow. Where do the trout take refuge? Although that might be impossible in that torrent.
