Default In need of a butt plug

I recently inherited and Browning Silaflex Graphite, 8 1/2' 6/7. The plug on the butt end of the reel seat is missing and I'm wondering if anyone here might know where I could find one. It's an old school rod and acts more like fiberglass than graphite, but I like it and look forward to using it more. The reel seat is one of those plastic looking graphite seats, and the opening is about 9/16".

    Thanks ahead.

So much could be said just by the title , I got a bunch of one liners
    but I digress --

How about a rubber cork mill it to fit. Most hardwire stores have various sizes
or make one of wood. That could make it rather nice looking as well..

Good luck sounds like a nice slow action rod.

    How you be Joe ?

Better than I deserve Steve. Better than I deserve. And yes, I'm probably going to get a hardwood dowel and mill it down to size.

I assume you've done a web search and did NOT find what you were looking for?

I searched Browning...I just come up with Bass Pro Shops. Did they buy Browning? But...there is a Browning Fishing website for Europe, and they offer spare parts. Not sure if they will have what you are looking for, but it might be worth a shot?

I would just do a search of google, put what size and color your looking for and I bet something will pop up
