    Hi Rusty Rat,

I didn't find anything by that name on an internet search so I checked a couple of my older pattern books. The closest I came was the Duck Lake Woolly Worm on page 23 of the book, Flies of the Northwest, by the Inland Empire Fly Fishing Club in Spokane, WA. The pattern goes as follows:
    Duck Lake Woolly Worm
    Hook: 2 - 8, 4x long
    Body: Dark olive chenille
    Hackle: Grizzly, palmered
Data: ...pattern originated by unknown angler for Duck Lake, Montana, rainbows.

Isn't "Duck Valley" in Idaho and Duck Lake in North West/Central Montana?
