I actually think "I like it" is the better answer. Explaining why you like it is somewhat akin to explaining a joke. You either get it in the place, or it's not funny.
Yeah, I know that millions of words have been written about why we fish (for anything, with any style of fishing) but it still all boils down to "because I like it."
