mash barb, wrap front 1/3 of shank with non-tox
start thread, tie in rib, wrap back to bend
measure (shank length) a pair of hackle tips; tie in and smooth butts
tie in tinsel behind non-tox; wrap to the tail and back and tie off
counterwrap rib; helicopter end, cover with thread
