I'm not sure but I think it includes all ten of the articles in the series Intro to Fly Fishing (in America is implied but not written) he wrote for JCAW.
The title on the front is フライフィッシング入門 Introduction to fly fishing. Vol 13.

Probably with a little searching the pdf versions of the JCAW Newsletters that have the original articles by Fishing Bear could be found, which is easier to pick information from about the American stream mentioned, and the web links in the them will be functional, while they are not in the slideshow version.
